Yes. Streak users can track the status of their emails through the sidebar that displays a green eye icon once the emails have been viewed by their corresponding recipients. Placing the cursor above the icon also displays the number of views, the time they were opened, and the location of the recipient.

Can Streak users define each team member’s permissions & restrictions?

Yes. Streak users can set other users as owners, members, or payers only. Payer Only status gives access to payment details, management, invoice details, and billing history. Owners can also access the payment functionalities as well as the management functions, team-wide pipelines, and the ability to enable and disable Guest Mode.
